Wichita Falls Pediatric Clinic

We love kids and would love to provide medical care for the children in your family!

You will discover we are committed to ensuring the highest quality medical care for not only you but also your children. You can depend on us to give the children in your life the care required for him or her to develop into a healthy adult.

Medical needs of children can be much different than those of adults; Kell West Practice Clinic employs providers with training in pediatric and adolescent medicine. It is important for both you and your child to be able to trust who they see at the doctor's office. Our providers work to promote a friendly, compassionate, happy environment for each and every child who comes through our doors.

  • Well-Child Visits - The first two years of your child's life are the busiest time for well child visits. This is necessary to ensure your child has periodic physical and developmental screenings and you are informed of important immunizations against vaccine-preventable diseases. While most infant immunizations are not currently administered at our clinic, you will be guided on when and where these are available. You may also access information on the web at www.immunizeTexas.com or call 1-800-252-9152 for immunization schedules.
  • Sports Physicals - We also offer sports physicals. As an added benefit to our established patients, we provide the “sports physical” free to those patients who also receive their well child exam at Kell West Family Practice Clinic.
  • Sick Visits - Allergies, coughs, colds and tummy aches can keep you from school and work. We offer convenient hours, Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, to aide in making it possible to be seen when you need it most. Every effort is made to decrease your wait time while still maintaining quality healthcare services. We even offer on site diagnostics to include lab/blood work and x-rays when appropriate. If you are suffering from nausea and/or vomiting and need to be re hydrated, we can provide intravenous hydration (IV) when appropriate. Walk-in visits are welcome during our hours of operation. We have a Nurse Practitioner in our Urgent Care that wants to make sure you and your child are navigated on the road to recovery at the first signs of illness. She is available Monday through Friday for walk-in sick visits exclusively.
  • Minor Injury Care and Procedures - Sprains, stains, fractures and minor cuts can be treated without the expense of an emergency department visit. Kell West Clinic has the capacity to perform radiology testing and if a splint or cast is necessary, our nursing staff is able to assist. Our Providers are specially trained in minor procedures to include suturing or stapling lacerations, incision and drainage of soft tissue abscess formation to include Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), care of ingrown fingernails and toenails and removal of foreign bodies.

We THANK YOU for choosing Kell West Family Practice and Urgent Care Clinics for you and your family's health care needs.
